2. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
 In Project Management, we are responsible for developing comprehensive project plans that outline project goals, objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables. We creates work breakdown structure in the project we manage.
 We are meticulous in building and managing project teams, for all of the projects we manage both construction and hospitality, including assigning task, coordinating activities, and providing direction to team members. We ensure effective communication, collaboration and motivation within the team.
 We engage the stakeholders and clients of the projects as managers to identify project requirements, expectations and constraints. They maintain regular communication, manage their expectation, and seek their feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
 As project managers, we pay attention in quality control, risk management budgeting and cost control for all the projects we manage, we closelymonitor project cost, and ensure that project are delivered within budget. We track project expenditures, analyze financial data, identify areas of cost optimization or cost savings.
 In all of client’s project within our management system, we enforce proper project closure by conducting post-project evaluations, capturing lessons learned, and updating project documentation. We assess project performance against goals and objectives, document project achievements, and analyze project success.
3. HOSPITALITY PROPERTIES SETUP
This scope involves the entire process of establishing and operating a hotel business, from conceptualization to execution.
We are excellent at the entire setup process of the hotel department ranging from Kitchen, Rooms, Bar, Restaurant, Laundry and others with appropriate procedures and required items/equipment:

 The Company will incorporate professional workable tools that will improve the day-to-day running of the hotel efficiently and effectively.
 Bi-monthly training of staff to improve on their individual skills, customer care relationship, emotional intelligence, multi-tasking, enshrined team work, accountability, general hygiene of staff and environment.
 Setting up structures and running a standard organogram
 Issuing monthly report of general overview of the hotel
 Creating workable environment for staff to enable prompt and effective results.
 We shall be operating the hotel in accordance with the approved annual budget and the terms of the management agreement.
 We comply with services and product standards required by any affiliation or brand.
 Purchasing supplies, entry contract and making payments for those services.
9. MARKETING AND SALES
 GBMC will be offering services with the cooperative support of the client(s) to implement policies of advertising and promoting services that will yield income in seven (7) digits and above to the hotel.
